On Friday 17th September St Joseph's held a "Down Day" to celebrate the achievement of the county football team reaching the All Ireland final. It was a non uniform day with children all wearing their county colours into school. All classes were awash with red and black and there was a fantastic atmosphere throughout the school. Children took part in various art activities, quizzes and a series of gaelic matches in Golden Time.
A great day was had by all and we also succeeded in raising £80 for the Pakistan Flood victims. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make it an enjoyable day. There are a number of photos in the gallery of this event.
