This week we were very lucky to have Deborah from Middletown Centre for Autism in to take us for an Attention Autism lesson. We used empty film cannisters, water and vitamins to pop the lids off the cannisters by creating pressure. It was so much fun and really grabbed our attention! We can't wait for the next lesson!
On Tuesday, it was World Mental Health Day. We talked about people who can help us both inside and outside of school if we feel uncomfortable feelings. We also discussed things we enjoy that make us feel comfortable feelings!
Well done to Leo for achieving Pupil of the Week! Leo has been working hard this week and has been an excellent helper in our P5 classroom. Keep up the fantastic work Leo!
