Ian Patterson visited the school on Monday 28th May with his Birds of Prey. He gave two shows, one for Key Stage One and another for Key Stage 2. Ian brought a barn owl, a kestrel and peregrine falcon with him to show the children. The children got to see these beautiful birds up close and marvelled at the barn owl in particular. Many of the children had the opportunity to hold the birds and stroke their feathers. Ian also informed the children of lots of facts about the different birds and answered all sorts of questions regarding them. All children really enjoyed the show and learned lots about Birds of Prey.
