The P7s travelled to Killyleagh Showgrounds for a Festival of Football with Holy Family, Cedar IPS, Killyleagh IPS, Glasswater and St Mary's Killyleagh. After the group, we made it to the semi-final where we were paired with Killyleagh IPS. It was an epic encounter; we took the lead through Zac, but then were 2-1 down after some pressure from the opposition. We responded well with an equalizer from Ryan, but straight from the kick-off we were 3-2 down again. With the last kick of the game Emer drew us level and the game went to penalties after a few minutes of sudden-death extra-time. We lost the shoot-out in the end and Killyleagh IPS went on to win the final, so we were very close. Well done P7s!!
