Our P7 girls enjoyed competitive netball action today at DLC against other local schools. It was a tough start against Holy Family who were full of club players. The girls got to grips though and improved as the game went on. The second game showed how much we had improved. Ballynahinch Primary scored straight from the throw-in but we responded with scores from Rene and Katie. The same duo added scores in the second half to seal an impressive win. The final game was a close one against Cedar IPS. We fought back after a slow start to level with scores from Grace and the prolific Katie. Cedar edged it in the end though. Well done to our girls though who won a lot of admiration from the officials for their progress and potential. Grace was singled out by the organisers for her attitude on the court.
